RETURN AND DELIVERY POLICY
Option 1 - No returns or exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com and provide us with details of the product and its defect. You can send the article that you consider defective to the following address:

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it carefully and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether its defect gives you entitlement to a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund its purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.
Option 2 - Refunds allowed:
We accept returns. You can return unopened items, in the original packaging, within 10 days of purchase, if you present your receipt or proof of purchase. If 10 days or more have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
When we receive the returned product, we will carefully review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are eligible for a refund. If you are eligible, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Only items at current price can be refunded. Items sold at reduced prices are not refundable.

Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns must be paid in advance, and you must also pay the insurance costs. You are responsible for any loss and damage to the equipment that occurs during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The reimbursed amounts will therefore not include the cost of delivery.
1. General information
Orders are subject to the availability of stocks. If the stocks of an item are exhausted at the time you order it, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order, according to the original method of payment.
2. Delivery locations
Items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada. [We also accept orders from customers from all countries who have their item delivered to an address in Canada only.] No deliveries outside of Canada are currently possible.
3. Delivery time
An approximate delivery time will be provided to you when you place your order. Delivery times are only estimated and are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of the order. They are for illustration purposes only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will spare no effort to have your product delivered within  working days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we do not ship on [Sunday].
The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping company’s shipping practices, the place of delivery, the delivery method and the items ordered. It is also possible that the products will be delivered in several separate shipments.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are from $ 10 in Quebec and from $ 12 for the rest of Canada.
Sales tax is charged based on the province or territory where the item is shipped. Free delivery is not available on orders in remote or rural areas.
5. Items damaged during transport
If the packaging is damaged in any way when the product arrives, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo if possible.
